Terms

Website terms

These website terms describe how this site may be used. They are not the terms of any engagement with Work Covered, which are agreed separately and in writing for each project.

Using this website

This website is provided by Work Covered to describe our services and to demonstrate capabilities. You may browse it and use the demonstrations for your own evaluation. Please do not copy, reproduce or redistribute the design, copy, film or code without permission.

Demonstrations are demonstrations

The Demonstration Lab and the interactive example on the homepage are illustrative. They show fictional or concept businesses, example rules and example outcomes. They do not represent any client, any live integration, any commercial result or any guarantee of performance. Words such as “booked”, “sent” or “created” inside a demonstration describe example outcomes unless the page states otherwise.

No professional advice

Nothing on this website is legal, financial, medical or other professional advice. Assistants shown in demonstrations inform and route enquiries; they do not diagnose, advise or replace professional judgement.

Accuracy

We take care to keep this website accurate and honest. Capabilities are described as what can be demonstrated or built, not as results achieved for named clients. If you spot something that looks wrong, please tell us.

Third-party sites

Links to other websites, including our demonstration sites, are provided for convenience. We are responsible for the content of our demonstration sites; we are not responsible for third-party services they may reference.

Engagements

Any work we do for you is governed by a written agreement between you and Work Covered, which sets out scope, responsibilities, data handling and fees. That agreement takes precedence over anything on this website.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales / Scotland — to be confirmed before launch.
